Outlook keeps asking for a password
Repeated password prompts are usually a cached-credential or modern-authentication issue rather than a wrong password. Clearing stored credentials, confirming the account uses modern authentication, and checking that multi-factor authentication is set up correctly resolves the majority of cases.
Email lands in spam or is rejected
